Terms of Service
All services provided by Equus Creative are custom creative services tailored to each client’s needs. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined within each project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project outline may require additional fees.
Final deliverables and usage rights are transferred to the client once full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Equus Creative reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with creative, ethical, or operational standards.
Payment & Refund Policy
Deposits secure project scheduling and are non-refundable once work has begun. Due to the custom nature of creative services, completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.
If a project must be paused or cancelled, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
For digital products, custom artwork, and personalized portrait services, all sales are final once the design phase has started.
